Information about MERINO wool:
👉 It is a special fine, soft and very pleasant to wear fabric, suitable for the sensitive and delicate skin of our babies and children. Unlike other types of wool - which we associate with stinging and irritating the skin, merino is obtained from a special breed of merino sheep, and has a very fine, silky soft fiber that looks like this compared to other wool:
👉 In addition to softness, merino offers something else that is especially important for both newborns and older children – optimal thermoregulation.
👉 What this means - quite literally, once you've wrapped your baby in a merino blanket, you don't have to worry about being warm or cold because the merino will maintain your child's optimal temperature!
👉 As it absorbs moisture from the body and takes it outside, into the air, wool naturally stops the growth of bacteria, which helps to avoid unpleasant odors.
👉 The same merino garment can be worn, aired and worn again and again. Thus, merino does not need frequent washing to feel fresh and clean.
