I will endeavour to get your picture to you within 5 working days. However, the post office is approximately 10 kilometres away and I cannot always Access the post office. Your picture will be boxed and packaged appropriately.
Each wool art picture is handmade, images are a true likeness, however, this is dependent on colour and monitor settings.
1. Colours also depend on whether viewing via mobile or computer.
2. You may receive a replica of the initial purchase. This will be of a true likeness and styled the same. However as each picture is unique some differences will occur.
As required by law, all digital purchases require a 14 day "cooling off period". Please contact at the earliest opportunity to receive a refund. Refunds after 15 days will be given in exceptional circumstances at Woolly Wonkas discretion. If a refund is agreed the customer will pay for return postage and packaging. Approximate costs are €10 within Ireland, £15 from UK and €15 from the rest of Europe.
Having lived by the sea in Devon for most of my life, then moving to rural Roscommon, I have always loved the changing seasons and stunning vibracy of sea, sky and landscape. I hope, I have been able to capture this in my handmade wool felt and embroidery 3d land and seascapes. I am very lucky to be surrounded by bog land in Roscommon close to the Mayo border. With 3 children and 2 dogs, I spend a lot of time outside, inspiration is all around.
