Produced by out native Irish black honey bees at our honey farm. Our Ivy Blossom honey is collected by the bees in late September, October and November from the flowers of the ivy plant (yes, they do have flowers!) Customers find it really good for the respiratory system due to its qualities. Good alternative to manuka honey, it crystallises very quickly and is always packaged in this state.
