Childrens Book Irish Jack stories

Jack Stories I began telling Jack Stories to my kids about thirty five years ago to try to get them to go asleep. A few years ago I continued to tell the same stories to my grandchildren and my granddaughter Aoife suggested I write a book. Jack lives in the village of Bashrock county Laois but for the purpose of this story it is a coastal county. He has a magical friend called Konichywa a tiny wizard from Japan. When Jack was five he found the wizard at the beach when he was building a sand castle. The adventures of Jack involve a bit of magic and wizardry, a few dodgy characters, a very tall policeman, a green cat and a blue horse with a few twists and turns along the way. I have drawn all the illustrations myself. My interest in art and drawing began when I was eleven and won a national art competition for an anti litter campaign.
