Chewy the Goat is a city boy who has moved to the countryside to live his best life at the sanctuary! A few years ago he was discovered tied to a lamp post in a busy Cork suburb. A very kind local resident called for rescue back-up, but she was so worried that she untied him and led him home to her house. Chewy very happily settled into her garden for a few hours until he could be collected by a rescue.
Chewy eventually made his way to West Cork, and after a few teething problems, he settled in very well and gets on with all the animals. He's just a little guy, with a charming personality, and he's the self-appointed King of the Goats here :)
Your sponsorship of Chewy for 1 year will contribute to his food and veterinary costs and you will receive a personalized sponsorship certificate and photo of Chewy.

Shipping Policy: We ship with An Post standard post and use A4 board backed enverlopes ot avoid damage or bending. Postal delays may oocur which are outside of our control so we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Cost of shipping is €2.95 to Ireland & Europe, €4 to the UK, and €6 to the US.

Welcome! We are Jacquie & Alan from Beara Farm Animal Sanctuary in West Cork, Ireland.
Our sanctuary is home to unwanted/neglected farm animals who come here to live out their days in peace and comfort. We're providing sponsorship packages that you can gift to friends and loved ones, knowing that you are giving the gift of love.
As a non-profit, we're rely on donations to pay the food & vet bills for the many animals in our trust. We also have volunteers who help us with work on the land and care of the animals. We also have ongoing costs for maintenance of fences and shelters.
The goal of this store is to highlight soem of the amazing souls who live with us and to raise much needed funds.
