The cost of returning such goods is borne by you the customer. If you cancel your order, I will refund you upon receipt of the goods from you. If you cancel before the item is shipped I will reimburse your refund within 30 days using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. This cooling-off period does not apply to any personalized or made-to-order/custom-made products. Damaged goods - If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss a replacement or refund. In the event that there is damage to the goods on return from you, the vendor is entitled to withhold such portion of the refund due to you as is commensurate with the reduction in the value of the product by the reason of the handling of the goods by you beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Hi I’m Anita and I love to crochet. I learned from a very dear friend and I now crochet in her memory. During lockdown, I created a craft room in my office space and it quickly became snowed under with yarn, hooks, finished blankets, wall hangings. You name it. Friends and family encouraged me to start selling my items and I couldn’t believe how well received my Christmas decorations were when I advertised through the Shop in Ireland Facebook page. I am so lucky to spend my spare time making decorations I love and sharing them with people who really appreciate the effort and love that goes into handmade items.
