Refund Policy Our items are guaranteed to satisfy the customer’s sales expectations. However if you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund (not including shipping charge). Custom made items are not refundable once the final result is confirmed by client. (The process of creating each custom order is discussed with the client during all stages of creating, up to the final result). Damaged items during the travel are fully refundable. All refund items must be returned in their original packaging and be in an unused condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order. All refunds will be processed when we receive the returned art.
