Not dyed Gemstone Stone and sterling silver
Only Ethically sourced gemstones are used in my designs, of which these can vary slightly in colour but they are authentic. Some gemstones I use may also be slightly raw and organic looking, which adds character to the gemstones. The silver used in my designs is 925 sterling silver. (Not plated)

- Gemstones: approx from 10x8mm to 12x10mm Natural Beautifully Polished Garnets.

These are natural Rhodonite Garnet, and we can guarantee they are not dyed. All our items are carefully and Ethically sourced by a Professional Gemologist.
Red Garnet is a Mineral that can be found across the world in sedimentary, igneous, and metamorphic rocks.
The word Garnet comes from the Latin word Granatus, when translated, meaning seeds or grains.
People have used Garnet for Jewellery and decorative purposes for hundreds of years. It is one of the oldest known Gemstones.
Garnet has a hardness of 6.5 – 7.5 on the Mohs Scale.

Garnets were highly popular in Europe in 18th and 19th centuries. Frequently used in jewellery during Victorian Era.

I am happy to replace or repair any items within a reasonable time, if the item is shown to be faulty, and the damage has not been caused by miss use.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for earrings due to Hygiene reasons ... you can contact me directly for further advice. I gladly accept returns of and exchanges of other purchases if you contact me within 14 days of delivery as per the following guidelines.

Cancellation/return: ‘Cooling Off Period’ In accordance with statute and regulation, you may cancel or return your order prior to delivery and for a period of 14 days after the date you receive it, without any reason.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify Juie G Silver Studio of your cancellation and arrange a return to them no later than 14 days after notifying them of your cancellation. The cost of returning goods is a matter for you the customer. If you wish to exchange or return an item, then please contact Julie G silver studio directly on the email below for further address details.
Conditions for return: Item purchased must be returned unused, undamaged and in same condition you receive it, with original packaging, if not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value. All items should also be accompanied with proof of purchase and confirmation of posting with tracking number by registered post.
If you cancel your order, the vendor will refund the total amount paid by you in respect of the product together with the standard delivery charge on receipt of the goods from you, or on receipt of evidence that the goods have been returned to them, whichever is the earlier. The items will be inspected for any damage prior to refund. Any refunds will be made to you via the original method of payment used for the initial purchase.
If you have not yet received your order, then the vendor will be obliged to refund the amount paid within 30 days together with the standard delivery charge. All are finished using 925 Sterling Silver, Freshwater Pearls, various precious/semi-precious stones, crystals and high end quality beads.
