Change of mind: you have 14 days from receipt of goods where you can change your mind regarding a purchase and send your item back for a full refund. Any items returned to us will receive a refund to the value of the product and will not receive a refund for shipping paid. If your item received is faulty whether it be damaged during shipping or a fault that occurs during its use please get in touch and we can arrange a pick up and exchange of your item once it falls within the warranty period.
