Irish Raw Comb Honey Tub 230g (semi crystallised / crystallised)

Collected by the bees from the same flowers as our wildflower honey. The difference is that we harvest and cut the combs straight from the hive, bypassing the extraction process. Consumers find that it can help with sinus issues. The honey just underneath the surface of the comb contains higher levels of pollen. It consists of honey from a variety of wild flower blossoms in the Irish countryside, including sycamore, horse chestnut, hawthorn, blackberry blossom and white clover. It is collected by the bees in late spring and summer. Every batch can be slightly different in flavour.
