Our raw heather honey is highly prized. Our bees collect it from the Galtee Mountains. According to studies carried out in UCD, heather honey has higher polyphenols levels compared to manuka honey from New Zealand. It also has a lot less food miles. And it is – of course – unpasteurised.

Our Ivy Blossom honey is collected by the bees in late September, October and November from the flowers of the ivy plant (yes, they do have flowers!) Customers find it really good for the respiratory system due to its qualities. Good alternative to manuka honey, it crystallises very quickly and is always packaged in this state.
