297mm x 210mm – Framed Print Even before I took on this painting, I knew it was going to be an incredible challenge. So much so that I had doubts as to whether I could capture its full depth and detail. From the very first paint stroke I knew it would be special but at the beginning, I struggled and there were times I wondered if I had bitten off more than I could chew. It took by far the most time and involved the most commitment to create than any previous piece. However, the end result was one of triumph and one of which I am extremely proud of. I was both humbled and honoured when the original sold to an art client, but it was not without a tinge of emotion when I let it go
