Our raw heather honey is highly prized. Our bees collect it from the Galtee Mountains. According to studies carried out in UCD, heather honey has higher polyphenols levels compared to manuka honey from New Zealand. It also has a lot less food miles. And it is – of course – unpasteurised.

About Our Ivy Honey: It is collected by the bees from the blossom of the Ivy plant in Sept., Oct. and Nov. Our customers have found it to be helpful for the respiratory system.
