Mini batts for needle felting
These batts are created with textile art in mind. Whether you felt, spin or weave or at looking for realistic hair for toys this product is a must have.
The three mini batts are of varying weights but combine to make in excess of 100g of quality alpaca blanket fleece. This fleece has been carded once to align the fibres.
The fleece has been washed, picked and carded into sheets or batts that can be pulled off and crafted. While some vegetable matter may be present, this can easily be picked out while being worked.

Kilcrohane Alpacas is situated on The Sheep’s Head Peninsula in County Cork, Ireland. The herd was established in 2012 with an initial pair of females. The herd has now increased to fifteen beautiful animals, nine of which were imported from France. Their incredible fleece is processed into a soft, durable and silky yarn which is also hypoallergenic. The yarn is hand crocheted to bring out the best of its properties.
