Each bear has been created to express one of the five recognised feelings or states to help encourage us all to talk, listen and understand our feelings, thoughts and moods.
When you’re feeling angry, and all out of control, give the angry bear a squeeze and he will help to keep you calm. It’s OK to feel angry sometimes and this bear shows everyone that you need to talk. He’s fiery orange but on the inside he is full of love and will take all of your anger away
