I will provide a refund once the product is un-used and in original packaging etc. To request an exchange or refund for all or part of your purchase, simply return the item/s in their original condition and packaging within 7 business days of receipt, quoting your name, email address, invoice number and contact number as well as reason for return. The original delivery charge for any order is not refundable. The new delivery charge for an exchange item will be charged at our usual shipping rates.
