Once the item has left our shop we are no longer aware of it's location. We do not offer returns on personalised items and if the information you have given us is incorrect we can not be held responsible for this. Please double check for any errors before placing the order. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it for you but you must notify us of the damage within 7 days.
