Shannon is an Irish illustrator, interested in fairy tales, knitwear, mythology, plants, feminism and of course excellent storytelling found in books and animation. She is a graduate of Limerick School of Art and Design. She tries to create images that examine the role of fiction and its ability to shape our perception of reality. A milliner’s store based loosely on the hat shop in Diana Wynne Jones book- ‘Howls Moving Castle’. Hats of all shapes and sizes filled with flowers of all kinds. This limited edition print is made from a watercolour and ink illustration. Prints are 210gsm matte giclee prints and are limited editions of 30. Each print is numbered and signed by the artist.
