How to make shungite water?
1. Add 200mL of water to a 2L bottle or jar;
2. Add 1 serving* of pure shungite and shake/stir it until mixed;
3. Fill the remainder with water and wait ~1 hour until shungite particles settle at the bottom—shungite water is ready for use;
4. When the water is reduced to a volume ~400mL, refill it or empty for a fresh serving to refresh outdated shungite particles.
*1 serving = 0.1 g (1/6 tsp.)
**100 g = 1000 servings
We recommend to use shungite with inert materials, such as glass, wood, silver, porcelain, enamel, stainless steel 18/0 or 18/10.
