- Mix it and consume it with our raw honey.
- Make a cuppa out of bee pollen! (Add one teaspoon of bee pollen, add hot water, stir until dissolved and add a teaspoon of Healthybee raw honey. Delicious!)
Suggested serving size : 1 teaspoon per day
Not suitable for pregnant or if you are breast feeding a baby.
Not suitable for kids under 12 years old.
It is recommended to always consult your doctor before using or giving raw bee pollen to your kids.
