Our raw Wildflower Comb Honey is in extremely high demand. Every batch can be slightly different in flavour. The combs are cut straight from the hives and put into jars. Pure Irish honey produced by our own bees.

Collected by the bees from the same flowers as our wildflower honey. The difference is that we harvest and cut the combs straight from the hive, bypassing the extraction process. Consumers find that it can help with sinus issues. The honey just underneath the surface of the comb contains higher levels of pollen. It consists of honey from a variety of wild flower blossoms in the Irish countryside, including sycamore, horse chestnut, hawthorn, blackberry blossom and white clover. It is collected by the bees in late spring and summer. Every batch can be slightly different in flavour.

Handmade in small batches at our Honey Farm with pure Irish beeswax from our Native Irish Black Bees. Pure beeswax candle made by dipping inner core and then hand rolling sheets of beeswax. Width 21mm (7/8 inch), Fits into a standard candle holder. Burning time 8 hours each. Beeswax (produced by well cared for bees) is the most eco-friendly candle wax on the planet! Our raw heather honey is highly prized. Our bees collect it from the Galtee Mountains. According to studies carried out in UCD, heather honey has higher polyphenols levels compared to manuka honey from New Zealand. It also has a lot less food miles. And it is – of course – unpasteurised.
