Incorrectly processed goods will be repaired or replaced. Cotton On cannot be held responsible for incorrect personalised items if the information we have been given was incorrect. We urge you therefore to make sure that the details you provide us for personalisation are correct, i.e. spelling of names (don’t forget the fada!), dates etc.
