If the gift is personalised and you changed your mind after the product was shipped, then as the item is personalised, it can not be returned. We only replace personalised items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. In this instance we will resend you a replacement, free of charge. If you request a refund after the Item has been made personalised I can not issues a refund.
