Return Policy
Our products are made to last a lifetime. This means that as long as you don’t use them to slap your friends or as a frisbee for your pets, you are entitled for replacement if you received a defect product. We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations as follows: 1. Contact us within: 14 days of delivery 2. Dispatch the item back within: 30 days of delivery 3. Request a cancellation within: 8 hours of purchase Custom made or personalized items can't be returned, unless we delivered them defective. Conditions of return: - Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. - If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. - The original cost of shipping is not reimbursed on a return, only the price of the item/s received back on it's entirety.
