Ordered the personalised rudolph Christmas tree decorations as a gift. They arrived in lovely packaging and are just fabulous quality. So excited to gift them now! Fab customer service too! Delighted with my purchase! Highly recommend this seller.

We received our order for Christmas reindeer yesterday! The reindeer’s are so so cute… The wood used is fantastic quality and the the Lindor red noses are just a treat! I ordered some for family and some for the dogs (as dogs are part of our family too) and the Hole for the chocolates are perfect for doggie dental sticks too! I am not sure the chocolate is going to last until Christmas with me in this house but I can guarantee that they will be the cutest decorations of the season and the joy is that we can use them time and time again so it works for me eating the chocolate now too! I’ll replace it Christmas Eve ;) We are thrilled! They turned out even better than we imagined! This was our first order from sweet trees 4 any occasion but it won’t be our last! The prices are fantastic too and communication was fantastic through the whole process! We hope that your business booms and that you go from strength to strength!

I ordered and received my Rudolph decorations. They are fabulous - so well finished. Paula kept me up to date on when I would receive my order. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Paula again.

I ordered 4 of these Rudolph decorations and they are even cuter in real life. Paula was brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Great communication all the way. They were so well packed. I can't wait to give them as gifts.

Hi guys, I'm writing my review from Washington DC, USA. As we all know, we're all a bit separated right now until the Vaccine makes it way to us on both sides of the pond and we're able to travel again! I was supposed to have my family here with me in Washington DC for Easter as Irish schools broke up for spring/Easter break! Alas, it was not to be so I needed a solution that delivered. Sweet Trees were advertising Easter baskets on Shop in Ireland and it hit the right sweet note for my gift for my niece. I didn't want to ship from the USA as mail systems are all on go slow too so delivering a surprise, made, bought, and delivered at home was a super solution. Paula puts so much love into these baskets that you feel you couldn't have done it as well yourself and it still delivers the level of "personalization" you need - between the basket, the gifts, the chocolate, the packaging, and the personalized note (even using the same little nicknames we use for kids at home), you feel you are delivering your own love and hugs to your loved ones. Highly Recommend. Delivery is via DHL so your gift arrives safely and undamaged and with that element of surprise! Super value and great Irish chocolate with a huggable Easter soft toy as well. What's not to love!! My niece was gobsmacked when she saw the big box with her name on it and I got so many PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me open it early - I caved!! LOL, You can't go wrong! Thank you, Paula!! The great thing about all of this is also that we are shopping at home, supporting small businesses who are putting all their love into it so it's a win-win!! Shop Local friends!! At Pollys Craft Store we cater for any occassion, weather its a Communion, Confirmation, Christening, Weddings, Birthday, Christmas or Easter - you are sure to find the perfect gift personalised just for you.
My gifts are all made to order including my signature Sweet Trees. These are handcrafted in an array of colours and themes. Ordering early is recommeded but don't worry the chocolates are only added just before shipping to ensure freshness and are shipped whenever you request (usually right before your event) so it's never too early to order. Sweet Trees are best consumed within 28 days.

Return Policy
Returns Policy: For personalised Items the Cooling off period does not apply. There is no return/refund option should you change your mind if the product is customised or personalised. However, if your product arrives damaged or there is a fault or errors through no fault of the customer, a replacement will be offered or in some cases a refund. Cooling Off Period: In accordance with statute and regulation, you may cancel or return your order at any time prior to delivery of the products to you and for a period of 14 days after the delivery of the products to you without any reason (cooling off period). In that event, you must notify the vendor of your cancellation and arrange to return the products to them no later than 14 days after notifying them of your cancellation. The cost of returning such goods is a matter for you the customer. If you cancel your order, the vendor will refund to you the total amount paid by you in respect of the product together with the standard delivery charge on receipt of the goods from you, or on receipt of evidence that the goods have been returned to them, whichever is the earlier. If you have not yet received your order, then the vendor will be obliged to refund the amount paid within 30 days together with the standard delivery charge. The vendor shall reimburse you using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. The cooling-off period does not apply to certain purchases. Examples are: - Personalised or custom-made products. - Products with a short shelf life that spoil quickly. - Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:We ship with An Post Standard and Registered Post. Postage under €6.99 is is sent with standard post (no tracking) and postage €6.99 and over is sent Registered with An Post or DHL. Registered post takes apx 1-5 days with most arriving within two days. Delays may be experienced by the postage carrier. These delays are out of our control and we can not guarantee a day for delivery. Registered post is either €6.99 or €8 depending on the item, Sweet Trees generally are €8 due to size and weight.
All customers will receive an order confirmation e-mail from myself and another e-mail when it ships with full tracking details. (only shipping €6.99 and over receive tracking) The email will come from [email protected]
Processing Time: This will vary betoween products. Each product displays a processing timeframe. Personalised items can vary from 3 days to 2 weeks.
Most personalised items are processed within 1-5 days however, some items require 1-2 weeks. If something is urgent you can contact me on [email protected] and I'll confirm if the requested time frame is possible.
