To prevent tarnish, we recommend storing your Silver Jewelry in a safe, dry place. 3.Use a silver polishing cloth to remove oxidation or clean with a professional jewelry cleaner, read manufacturers before use 4. To prevent scratches, each piece should be stored individually in an air-tight bag. 5. Always store in a cool and dry place, sunlight and heat moisture accelerate tarnishing. 6.Silver jewelry remains at its shiny best when worn daily, the oils in your skin will "clean" the sterling silver every time you wear a piece.
Shipping Policy
Return: 1. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
4. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
5. Shipping costs will be at your expense unless the item is faulty.
