I ordered 2 walnut pocket watch holders on Friday. Tom emailed to say that he didn't have them in stock but would run them up for me the following week and post them on Thursday.I received an email from Tom on Wednesday of this week to confirm that they had been sent along with a tracking number and I received them this morning. I must say that my pocket watch and pocket compass look fantastic on them. Thanks Tom!

I recently ordered this gift as a present for my brother.I had an error made in my order unknown to my knowledge. Tom kindly contacted me and corrected the issue without a thought. Tom was very obliging with the issue .A pure gentleman & businessman . The delivery was very efficient, particularly considering its the Christmas period. Just received the beautiful bedside watch, phone, and ring stand that I will be giving as a Christmas gift, and it has far exceeded my expectations. The workmanship is superb. Tom’s customer service is excellent, as I had queries about the order, and all my questions were answered promptly and nothing was a problem. Received the order very quickly. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The little cat statue drew my attention because of its smile! The clever use of the layers of wood to create the smile and the stripes is stunning. It arrived quickly and well-wrapped and is now on it's way as a present. I am sure it will be received with joy!
