It is possible to exchange the item for a different one upon arrival (e.g. if bracelet size is not fitting). Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference. Shipping costs are not refundable. Buyer will be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for returning the item and it is in her / his interest to use the tracked / safe shipping option, as we will not process the refund if items get lost or damaged on the way to us.
